The files the site loads, as built by the pipelines in the repository. Each keeps the licence of the dataset it is derived from; see Methods for licences and how each was made. Everything here is free to use for non-commercial purposes with the attributions listed on Methods.
Spine
Column, cord, discs, roots, meninges, ligaments and vessels (GLB, meshopt-compressed); level tables and cord cross-sections (JSON). Derived from HuBMAP Human Reference Atlas, 3D reference organs (united male v1.9, united female v1.10) (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International) and PAM50 spinal cord template and white-matter atlas (Distributed free of charge with the Spinal Cord Toolbox (LGPL-3.0); the PAM50 repository itself has no separate licence file, not confirmed).
