Spino-olivary tract

A region of the cord's white matter in the PAM50 atlas. We have not yet written a pathway page for it, so this page shows only where the atlas places it.

What the sources say

“The posterior columns are composed of axons of ascending tracts.” Betts et al. 2022, §13.2
“The white matter on either side of the spinal cord, between the posterior horn and the axons of the anterior horn neurons, are the lateral columns .” Betts et al. 2022, §13.2
“Between the two anterior horns, and bounded by the axons of motor neurons emerging from that gray matter area, are the anterior columns .” Betts et al. 2022, §13.2
